3-Ingredient Waffles [vegan]
I’ve missed you! It has been almost a year since I posted on this blog, and I am so excited to share with you this three-ingredient waffles recipe that I’ve been cooking up lately!
These waffles are rich in fiber and protein, and naturally sugar-free. Made simply from oats, banana, and water (plus any extras you wish to add), they are a great option for a quick, budget-friendly breakfast on-the-go.
Ingredients
2 cups Oats
1 ripe Banana (ripe)
2 cups Water
Optional: Cinnamon, Vanilla extract, Orange zest
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Pour batter into preheated waffle iron (I used the Dash Mini Maker).
Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
